C1 Staffing is hiring janitors and cleaners for shift-based work in Austin, Texas, keeping assigned areas clean and presentable from start to finish of each shift. The pay is $16.00 per hour, paid weekly, and we have 10 openings to fill for this assignment.
This is gig, shift-based work that may be ongoing, so it is a good fit for people who want flexible shifts and the chance to be called back for more assignments. The work is straightforward and hands-on: trash, recycling, sweeping, and restroom cleaning.
What you will do:- Pick up trash and litter throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas- Collect and sort recycling and place it in the correct containers- Empty garbage cans and replace liners as needed- Sweep floors, walkways, and other assigned surfaces- Clean restrooms, including fixtures, surfaces, and floors- Restock restroom supplies and report anything that needs attention- Haul collected trash and recycling bags to the designated disposal area- Keep carts, bins, brooms, and other cleaning equipment organized and in working order
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig, shift-based work that may be ongoing- 10 workers needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to be on your feet, walking and standing, for the length of the shift- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift and carry trash and recycling bags- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors as the assignment requires- Willingness to clean restrooms and handle trash and recycling- Attention to detail and the ability to work steadily without close supervision- Reliability and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift- Team-friendly attitude, since you will often work alongside other cleaners
