C1 Staffing is hiring one Package Handler (Warehouse Operative) for a warehouse operation in Georgetown, Texas (zip 78626). The role pays $17.10 per hour, paid weekly, and it is a single opening, so this position is expected to fill quickly.
This is hands-on warehouse work centered on moving packages safely and accurately. If you are comfortable being on your feet and lifting throughout your shift, this assignment is a straightforward way to put in solid hours and get paid every week.
What you will do:- Load and unload packages, parcels, and cartons by hand as freight moves through the warehouse- Lift, carry, and place items weighing up to 55 pounds, the maximum weight handled in this role- Sort packages by destination, route, or designated staging area so shipments stay grouped correctly- Move packages onto and off of conveyors, carts, pallets, and trailers as directed by the on-site supervisor- Check labels and package information to confirm items are routed to the right lane or container- Stack and organize packages so loads are stable, secure, and safe to move- Set aside damaged or mislabeled packages and report them to the supervisor rather than sending them down the line- Follow all safety rules, lifting techniques, and housekeeping standards to keep aisles and work zones clear

What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to lift and handle packages weighing up to 55 pounds- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move packages continuously during your shift- Comfort working in a fast-moving warehouse environment where accuracy matters- Willingness to follow supervisor direction and site safety procedures- Must pass a background check (basic and county) before starting- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification with valid documentation
