C1 Staffing is hiring a Food Service Worker in Saint Davids, PA to support food setup, serving, and sanitation in a busy kitchen and dining operation. The role pays $20.43 per hour on a steady afternoon-to-evening shift, with overtime paid at $28.60 per hour.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with an initial assignment window and the potential to continue on an ongoing basis for workers who show up and perform well.
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, moving to the areas where help is needed most- Assist with the setup of food service areas, counters, and steamtables before each meal period- Serve food to guests from counters and steamtables during service- Restock and maintain service areas throughout the shift so lines keep moving- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work stations, and service areas- Break down counters and steamtables at the end of service and return equipment to its proper place- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards at every step- Take direction from kitchen leadership and pitch in wherever extra hands are needed
Schedule and pay:- $20.43 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $28.60 per hour- Shift runs 12:30pm to 8:00pm- Averaging 40 hours per week- Contract-to-hire with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Comfort working on your feet for the full length of the shift- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude- Willingness to take direction and jump in wherever help is needed- Black on black uniform is required for every shift
