C1 Staffing is hiring Housekeepers for an ongoing, career-track assignment in Sterling, VA (zip code 20166), with pay at 16.00 dollars per hour and both full-time and part-time openings available. Assignments begin May 21, 2026, and C1 pays weekly.
This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in a spotless room and enjoys friendly, face-to-face guest interaction. You will be cleaning and resetting guest spaces while serving as a welcoming presence for visitors throughout your shift.
What you will do:- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas to a consistently high standard- Greet and assist guests with a warm, helpful demeanor and respond to requests promptly- Move efficiently through assigned rooms and areas in a fast-paced setting while keeping quality high- Multi-task between cleaning duties and guest interaction without losing track of assignments- Lift, pull, and push moderate weight, including items of at least 20 pounds, during cleaning and restocking- Stand and walk for the length of the shift while moving between rooms, floors, and supply areas- Learn property procedures, cleaning standards, and product usage quickly and apply them accurately- Report maintenance issues, supply shortages, and anything that affects guest comfort
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: 16.00 dollars per hour, paid weekly- Shift type: full-time and part-time openings- Start date: May 21, 2026- Weekend and holiday availability is required- This is a career, ongoing position rather than a short-term assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Prior cleaning experience is required- Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field- Strong command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position that includes regular guest interaction- Ability to multi-task across cleaning duties and guest requests- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight, with a minimum of 20 pounds, and to lift up to 25 pounds- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment- Availability to work weekends and holidays- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
