C1 Staffing is hiring a Production Associate in Erlanger, KY 41018 to help produce and inspect pizza dough inside a refrigerated distribution center. This is an ongoing career position paying $22.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
In this role you take part in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough, rotating through specialized line positions throughout your shift. The facility is kept at food-safe refrigerated temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, so comfort working in the cold is essential.
What you will do:- Take part in the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough in the distribution center- Rotate through specialized line positions during your shift, including dough maker, dough bot, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker- Inspect dough during production and perform quality control checks against established standards- Provide general food production support to keep the line moving- Maintain production standards and output expectations throughout the shift- Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas- Work alongside loud machinery while following all food safety and safety procedures- Accept cross-training in warehouse or sanitation areas as assigned
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $22.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Ongoing, career-type assignment rather than a short-term fill-in
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to work continuously in refrigerated conditions between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit- Ability to stand and walk for the length of the shift- Ability to lift materials from the floor to above the head throughout the work shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and push materials and equipment as needed- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary- Steel-toe boots are required for this position- Willingness to rotate between line positions and learn multiple roles- Authorization to work in the United States; this employer participates in E-Verify
