C1 Staffing is hiring Janitors and Cleaners for monthly cleaning work in Del Valle, Texas. The pay is $16.00 per hour, and we have 2 openings to fill on this shift-based assignment.
This is hands-on cleaning work focused on keeping a facility tidy, sanitary, and presentable. You will move through assigned areas on a routine, picking up what needs picking up and resetting spaces so they are ready for the next day. The work is shift-based and may be ongoing, so reliable cleaners often pick up additional dates.
What you will do:- Pick up trash throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas- Collect and sort recycling and place it in the correct containers- Empty garbage cans and replace liners as needed- Sweep floors, walkways, and other assigned surfaces- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces- Restock bathroom supplies and report anything that is running low- Haul collected trash and recycling to designated disposal points- Let your supervisor know about spills, damage, or safety hazards you spot during your rounds
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly- Gig / shift-based work that may be ongoing- 2 workers needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to be on your feet for the length of the shift, including walking, standing, bending, and reaching- Ability to push, pull, and carry trash and recycling bags and move containers- Comfort working with cleaning chemicals and following labeled instructions for safe use- Willingness to clean restrooms and handle trash as a regular part of the job- Attention to detail so areas are left clean and fully restocked- Dependability and on-time arrival for each scheduled shift- Ability to follow directions from a site supervisor and work with little oversight once you learn the routine
