C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates in Louisville, KY (zip code 40209) to handle customer packages and freight in preparation for shipment and distribution. This is an ongoing, career-track assignment paying $17.41 per hour, paid weekly.
What you will do:- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages while following all safety and security regulations.- Load and unload packages and freight from processing stations and trailers.- Wrap freight and prepare shipments for customer distribution.- Affix labels to packages accurately and scan boxes from the inbound staging area.- Prepare bills of lading for outbound shipments.- Enter shipment details into the ERP system with accuracy.- Operate a forklift as needed, based on location requirements.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions, complete required health and safety compliance training, and carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $17.41 per hour.- Paid weekly.- This is a career, ongoing position rather than a short-term assignment.- Worksite is in Louisville, KY, zip code 40209.
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older.- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be willing and able to handle heavy freight throughout the shift.- Basic computer skills for entering shipment details into an ERP system; prior data entry experience is preferred.- Forklift experience and/or certification may be required based on location.- Strong attention to detail, especially when labeling, scanning, and preparing bills of lading.- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work accurately in a fast-moving warehouse.- Ability to follow safety and security procedures at all times.- Background check required.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
