C1 Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian II to provide comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning at a healthcare setting in Perth Amboy, New Jersey (08861). This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position paying $33.32 per hour, with overtime paid at $46.65 per hour.
In this role you will work directly with patients and residents, including those with special needs, building individualized nutrition care plans and partnering with clinical and food service teams to carry them out. It is an ongoing assignment with potential to continue as a long-term or contract-to-hire opportunity for the right person.
What you will do:- Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients and residents, including individuals with special needs- Develop individualized nutrition care plans based on assessment findings- Document care plans accurately and monitor patient and resident progress over time, adjusting plans as needs change- Partner with clinical staff and food service teams to deliver consistent, high-quality nutrition services- Apply sound business practices that uphold the mission, values, and service standards of the account- Contribute to account revenue and operating profit contribution through effective implementation of nutrition services- Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary team members regarding nutrition recommendations and outcomes
Schedule and pay:- $33.32 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $46.65 per hour- Full-time, 40 hours per week- Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM- Ongoing assignment with potential to continue as an ongoing or contract-to-hire opportunity
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Registered Dietitian credential in good standing- Clinical nutrition experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting- Strong assessment and documentation skills, including the ability to write clear, individualized care plans- Strong communication skills for working with patients, residents, and interdisciplinary teams- Ability to wear charcoal grey scrubs, which are the required daily uniform- Comfort working on-site in a clinical environment for a full 8-hour shift, including time spent walking between units and standing while meeting with patients and residents
