C1 Staffing is hiring Wait Staff (Non-Tipped) in Washington, DC 20015, serving guests with prompt, attentive table service during daytime and evening shifts. This is a full-time position paying $23.97 per hour, with overtime paid at $33.56 per hour and a paycheck every week.

What you will do:- Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer on every shift- Deliver efficient and attentive table service that exceeds guest expectations- Take orders accurately and deliver them to the correct guests without delay- Keep service areas clean, organized, and well stocked throughout the shift- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and fellow service team members during busy periods- Respond to customer questions and special requests with a positive, professional attitude- Maintain a neat, professional appearance that reflects well on the dining operation
Schedule and pay:- $23.97 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $33.56 per hour- Full-time, 40 hours per week- Shifts fall between 10am and 9pm- Ongoing contract assignment with contract-to-hire potential
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior food service or hospitality experience preferred- Ability to stand and walk for the full length of a shift- Ability to carry trays and move steadily between the kitchen and dining area- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work both daytime and evening hours- Neat, professional appearance and a guest-first mindset- Clear, courteous communication with guests and coworkers- Must be able to pass any required pre-assignment screenings
This is non-tipped wait staff work, which means your pay is straightforward and consistent rather than dependent on the size of the crowd or the generosity of a table. You will know what you are earning before you clock in, and overtime hours are paid at the posted premium rate.
