C1 Staffing is hiring an experienced Bartender for a one-day, non-tipped contract assignment in Denver, CO (80202 area client site). The role pays $20.06 per hour with overtime at $28.08 per hour, and it is a short, single-shift engagement that starts at 3:00 PM.
This is a non-tipped bartending position, which means your earnings come from the posted hourly rate rather than guest gratuities. You will work the bar for an event setting, serving guests directly and supporting the wait staff so drink orders move quickly and accurately from the moment doors open.
What you will do:- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest at the bar and throughout the event space- Mix and serve drinks to patrons directly or through the wait staff, working quickly and without waste- Pour and prepare standard drink recipes consistently and at the pace the event requires- Partner closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt, seamless service- Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized for the full length of your shift- Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, and product as needed so service never slows down- Monitor waste and portioning to keep pours accurate and product use efficient- Break down and tidy the bar area at the close of the event
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $20.06 per hour, non-tipped- Overtime is paid at $28.08 per hour- One-day contract assignment with a 3:00 PM start time- Approximately 6 hours of work for the engagement- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Prior bartending experience and solid knowledge of standard drink recipes- Ability to stand, move, and lift for the full length of the shift in a fast-paced setting- Comfort working shoulder to shoulder with wait staff and other event team members- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for the scheduled start time- Uniform: black on black attire with a black tie and safety shoes
