C1 Staffing is hiring a Dishwasher to support game day catering service at a university athletic center in Spokane, WA (zip 99258). This assignment pays $22.05 per hour, paid weekly, with a start date of October 28, 2026.
What you will do:- Wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, utensils, pans, sheet trays, and smallwares used throughout game day catering service- Keep the dish pit, sinks, and dish machine area clean, organized, and stocked with soap and sanitizer during service- Accurately and efficiently prepare and portion a variety of hot and cold food items for catering events- Grill hot food items to order and to spec during game day service at the athletic center- Present and plate hot and cold items so they are ready for catering lines and guest service- Return clean dishware, serving pieces, and chafing equipment to the catering team quickly so service keeps moving- Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations and equipment at the end of the event- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen handling standards while working alongside the catering crew

What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to stand, walk, and move for the length of the shift in a busy commercial kitchen- Comfort working around hot water, dish machines, grills, and cleaning chemicals- Willingness to work quickly and accurately during high-volume event service- Ability to follow direction from the kitchen and catering leads and work as part of a team- Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
