Warehouse Associate (Warehouse Operator) — Bridgeville, PA 15017
C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for an ongoing, full-time warehouse operator role in Bridgeville, PA (zip code 15017), paying $19.00 per hour. This is a hands-on position loading, picking, packing, and shipping product in a fast-moving warehouse, with pay issued weekly.
What you will do:- Load and offload vehicles and prepare outbound shipments accurately and on schedule.- Handle car and construction batteries, which average 50 to 100 pounds, using safe lifting and team-lift practices.- Pick, pack, and ship items, working independently or as part of a team.- Label products correctly and keep paperwork and product identification accurate.- Relocate and repack inventory items as directed, including items up to 50 pounds.- Operate machinery and other light equipment as trained, in a safe and responsible manner.- Keep the warehouse orderly, safe, and clean throughout the shift.- Perform reaching, crouching, bending, and other physically demanding tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $19.00 per hour.- Shift type: full time.- Paid weekly.- Career-track, ongoing assignment rather than a one-day job.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- Willingness and ability to lift heavy batteries averaging 50 to 100 pounds, including loads over 55 pounds, with proper technique.- Ability to stay on your feet and work at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift.- Comfort performing reaching, crouching, bending, and other physically strenuous activities throughout the day.- Comfort working in an environment with forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment.- Strong attention to detail when picking, labeling, and preparing shipments.- Reliability and consistent attendance, since the team depends on full coverage each shift.- Willingness to follow safety protocols and supervisor direction at all times.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
