C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Warehouse Operator) for a full-time, ongoing assignment in Erlanger, KY 41018. The position pays $22.98 per hour, paid weekly.
This is a hands-on warehouse role focused on keeping product moving: unloading inbound freight, pulling and staging orders, and supporting the daily flow of the facility. What you will do:- Load and unload products and materials to keep inventory moving through the facility- Select and prepare orders accurately so shipments go out on time- Move inventory between areas of the warehouse and stage it for the next step in the process- Support general warehouse operations throughout the shift as workload shifts- Keep product and staging areas organized so orders can be located and pulled quickly- Follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards in all work areas- Communicate with supervisors and coworkers about order status, product counts, and any issues found- Handle materials carefully to protect product quality and prevent damage
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $22.98 per hour- Full-time schedule- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Career/ongoing position, not a one-day job
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs- Ability to push materials and product as needed throughout the shift- Steel-toe boots are required and must be worn on site at all times- Willingness to work in a fast-moving warehouse environment and shift between loading, picking, and staging tasks as needed- Dependability and consistent attendance, since the team counts on full coverage each shift- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
