C1 Staffing is hiring Catering Service Workers for a short-term contract assignment in Plano, TX. Pay is $20.83 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime paid at $29.16 per hour.
This is a brief, focused three-day assignment with day shifts running from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, so it is a strong fit if you want quick, well-paid work over a defined window with a professional team.
What you will do:- Organize, set up, and deliver requested catering services to specified locations and conference rooms throughout the site- Transport catering supplies, food, and service items to the correct room on time and ready for guests- Provide prompt, courteous service to every customer you interact with during the event- Deliver efficient and attentive service that goes beyond what customers expect- Monitor service areas during events and respond to customer requests as they come up- Break down service areas once events conclude, including clearing tables and collecting equipment- Clean up event and catering spaces so the area is left neat and ready for the next use
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $20.83 per hour- Overtime is paid at $29.16 per hour- Shifts run 7:00 am to 3:00 pm- Short-term assignment covering a three-day window, with roughly 8 hours of scheduled work for the week- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior catering, banquet, or food service experience preferred- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and transport catering supplies throughout the shift- A strong customer service presence and a professional, friendly approach with guests- Reliable attendance for every scheduled day of the assignment, since the window is short and each shift counts- Required uniform: black slacks and a black shirt- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction on room setups, delivery times, and cleanup
