C1 Staffing is hiring a Cook II for a short-term assignment in Wilton, CT 06897, working on a busy production line in a high-volume kitchen. What you will do:- Prepare, cook, and portion menu items to recipe and spec- Handle grill, saute, prep, and line stations as assigned- Follow food safety, temperature, and sanitation standards throughout service- Maintain a clean, organized work area at your station during production and service- Properly label and store product according to food safety standards- Support setup before service, execution during service, and end-of-shift breakdown and cleaning- Keep pace with the line during peak volume while maintaining quality and consistency
