What you will do:- Lead a small facilities crew through daily cleaning, upkeep, and light maintenance tasks- Set work priorities and assign tasks to crew members across the shift- Check completed work to confirm it meets the client's standard and follow up when it does not- Perform hands-on custodial and general maintenance duties alongside the team- Report equipment issues and supply needs to the site supervisor so work is not interrupted- Raise safety concerns promptly and follow all site safety procedures- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards throughout the day

What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior facilities, custodial, or general maintenance experience- Some lead or training experience preferred- Reliable attendance and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight- Comfort standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift- A professional, dependable approach to the work and to the crew you lead- Willingness to complete a background check
