C1 Staffing is hiring Fulfillment and Delivery Supervisors in Mesa, AZ 85212 to lead an early-shift warehouse team. The role pays $20.93 per hour with overtime paid at $29.30 per hour, and the day wraps up at 2pm.

What you will do:- Oversee daily fulfillment and delivery operations so orders keep moving on schedule- Guide and support team members throughout the shift, answering questions and keeping work flowing- Track order accuracy from pick through pack so mistakes are caught before they leave the building- Monitor staging areas and dispatch timelines to make sure loads go out on time- Communicate issues up and across the floor as soon as they come up- Keep the work area organized, safe, and productive for the full shift- Set the pace for a fast-moving team working on their feet- Step in to lift and move product when the floor needs extra hands
Schedule and pay:- $20.93 per hour- Overtime paid at $29.30 per hour- Shift runs 6am to 2pm- Approximately 37.5 hours per week- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Dependable attendance for the full length of the assignment- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced warehouse environment- Ability to lift and move product as needed- Willingness to direct and support a team during a busy shift- Clear communication with workers, leads, and other departments- Required dress code: non-slip shoes and black pants
