C1 Staffing is hiring a full-time Delivery Driver/Warehouse worker in Bridgeville, PA (15017) to run local deliveries, manage consignment stock, and perform battery installations for customers. This is an ongoing career position paying $20.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
This is a DOT-regulated, non-CDL-style route role operating a Class B or C vehicle. You will spend your day split between driving, customer sites, and warehouse loading and unloading, so comfort with both the road and physical work matters.
What you will do:- Safely operate a Class B or C vehicle to complete scheduled deliveries and customer installations- Deliver products, pick up used batteries, and recover materials from assigned locations- Manage consignments and maintain accurate consignment stock levels at customer sites- Plan efficient routes to keep delivery schedules on time- Load and unload the vehicle safely, following all handling and safety standards- Conduct battery installations for customers and answer basic questions on site- Maintain accurate documentation of transactions, deliveries, and pickups in ERP applications- Assist with training new drivers and contribute ideas for process improvements
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $20.00 per hour- Full-time schedule- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Ongoing, career-oriented assignment rather than a short-term project
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- High school diploma or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred- Valid CDL Class B license- Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with minimal safety issues within the last 3 years- Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance- Solid safe driving practices and knowledge of proper handling procedures- Ability to operate material handling tools and use ERP applications- Strong customer interaction and communication skills- Able to stand for long stretches, lift and carry up to 50 lbs, and drive for extended periods- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
This role suits a driver who takes pride in clean paperwork and a clean driving record. Because you are the face of the delivery at each stop, professionalism with customers is as important as the driving itself. Experience with battery handling or similar heavy product delivery is helpful, but solid delivery experience plus a willingness to learn the installation side will put you in good shape.
