C1 Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates in Norristown, PA (zip code 19403) to handle customer packages and freight in preparation for shipment and customer distribution. The role pays $18.90 per hour, paid weekly, and it is an ongoing assignment rather than a short-term fill-in.

What you will do:- Receive, weigh, measure, scan, label, and ship packages while following all safety and security regulations.- Load and unload packages and freight from processing stations and trailers.- Wrap freight and prepare shipments for distribution.- Affix labels to packages accurately and scan boxes from the inbound staging area.- Prepare bills of lading and enter shipment details into the ERP system.- Operate a forklift as needed, based on location requirements.- Cross-train in other warehouse positions as needed and complete required health and safety compliance training.- Carry out other duties as appropriate and as assigned by the manager.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $18.90 per hour.- Paid weekly.- Ongoing, career-type assignment rather than a one-day job.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be willing and able to handle heavy freight throughout the shift.- Basic computer skills; prior data entry experience is preferred.- Forklift experience and/or certification may be required based on location.- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.- Ability to follow safety and security procedures consistently.- Background check required.- E-Verify: C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify and confirms work authorization for all employees.
