C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Loader / Crew - District Repair) in Hanover, MD 21076, a full-time, ongoing position paying $18.00 per hour. This is a hands-on warehouse role where you will load and unload trucks, prepare furniture for delivery, and keep inventory accurate and organized.
What you will do:
- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and to ensure items are placed properly for transport- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer to other locations- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so that it is rental-ready or correctly prepared for storage- Tag, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse so that items can be located quickly- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including work areas, aisles, and staging zones- Follow all safety guidelines, participate in safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups before beginning work
Schedule and pay:
- Pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly- Full-time schedule- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs, so flexibility is important- This is a career-oriented, ongoing assignment rather than a short-term project
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the shift- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds- Willingness to work as part of a crew in a fast-paced warehouse environment- Attention to detail when handling furniture and recording inventory counts- Commitment to following safety procedures and attending safety meetings- C1 Staffing participates in E-Verify, so you must be able to provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States
