C1 Staffing is hiring Janitors and Cleaners for monthly cleaning work in Del Valle, TX, at $16.00 per hour. We have two openings on this assignment, and it is gig and shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis for dependable workers.
This is hands-on cleaning work focused on keeping the site tidy, sanitary, and presentable. You will move through assigned areas, clear waste, handle recycling, and keep restrooms in good condition throughout your shift.
What you will do:- Pick up trash and loose debris throughout assigned indoor and outdoor areas- Collect and sort recycling and place it in the correct containers- Empty garbage cans, replace liners, and move collected waste to the proper disposal point- Sweep floors, walkways, and other hard surfaces to keep them clear of dirt and litter- Clean restrooms, including fixtures, sinks, and surfaces, and keep them stocked and presentable- Use cleaning supplies and equipment correctly and store them safely at the end of the shift- Report spills, damage, supply shortages, or safety concerns to the site contact- Complete all assigned cleaning tasks within the scheduled shift and leave work areas ready for the next crew
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $16.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing- Two workers are needed for this assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 years or older- Ability to be on your feet for the full shift, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and stooping- Ability to lift and carry trash bags and move full garbage cans as part of routine duties- Comfortable working with standard cleaning chemicals and supplies, following label and safety directions- Attention to detail so that restrooms, floors, and waste areas are consistently clean- Dependability and the ability to show up on time and complete assigned areas without close supervision- Willingness to work independently or alongside one other crew member
