C1 Staffing is hiring Utility Workers for a short-term contract assignment in Anaheim, CA 92802, supporting a busy kitchen operation. The pay is $21.82 per hour, paid weekly, with overtime paid at $30.55 per hour.

What you will do:- Maintain kitchen work areas so they stay clean, organized and ready for service throughout the shift- Wash, sanitize and properly store utensils, smallwares and cookware- Clean and help maintain kitchen equipment according to established standards- Remove trash from work areas and keep bins and disposal points clear- Sweep and mop floors as needed to support a safe, slip-free work environment- Assist kitchen staff with basic support tasks during busy service periods- Follow direction from kitchen leadership on cleaning priorities and sanitation standards
Schedule and pay:- $21.82 per hour, with overtime paid at $30.55 per hour- Paid weekly- Short-term contract assignment with an estimated 24 hours for the week- Shift times will be confirmed on site- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing for workers who perform well
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Ability to stand and walk for the length of the shift- Ability to bend, reach and lift as part of regular cleaning and stocking duties- Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with heat, moisture and cleaning chemicals- Willingness to handle dishware, cookware and cleaning equipment safely- Reliable attendance and on-time arrival for every scheduled shift- Team-first attitude and willingness to follow direction from kitchen staff and supervisors- Closed-toe, non-slip footwear appropriate for a wet kitchen floor
