C1 Staffing is hiring an Environmental Service Attendant for a client location in Chapel Hill, NC (27514 area). This is a day-shift role paying $18.00 per hour, paid weekly, with contract-to-hire potential for the right person.
This position keeps facilities clean, orderly, and presentable for the people who use them every day. You may be assigned to any location on the client premises, which can include commercial, healthcare, school, university, or similar environments, so flexibility and a service-minded attitude matter here.
What you will do:- Clean and maintain assigned facilities so they stay in an orderly, presentable condition throughout the shift- Work in any area on the client premises as assigned, including commercial, healthcare, school, university, or similar settings- Follow established cleaning procedures and complete assigned tasks in the expected sequence and timeframe- Observe safety standards and infection control practices at all times- Restock supplies in assigned areas so they are ready for the next user- Report maintenance issues, spills, and safety concerns promptly to the appropriate contact- Keep carts, equipment, and storage areas clean, stocked, and organized
Schedule and pay:- $18.00 per hour, paid weekly- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday through Sunday- 40 hours per week- Day shift, weekend-inclusive schedule- Contract-to-hire opportunity with ongoing potential
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Dependable attendance and the ability to commit to a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday- Comfort with physical work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift- Attention to detail and the ability to follow established cleaning and safety procedures- A professional, service-minded attitude when working around staff, patients, students, or the public- Ability to complete required background and screening checks- Uniform required starting day one: a white top and black pants
