C1 Staffing is hiring Dishroom Leads for a busy food service operation in Denver, Colorado, where you will keep the kitchen clean, stocked and running smoothly for the whole culinary team. This is a full-time, ongoing assignment paying $21.20 per hour with overtime paid at $29.68 per hour, and it carries contract-to-hire potential for strong performers.
What you will do:- Provide a clean and safe kitchen area for the entire food service team to work in- Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment throughout the shift- Keep the dishroom and all dish machines and equipment clean, organized and in good working order- Take the lead on dishroom flow, directing the pace of work so clean ware moves back to the line without delay- Keep the dishroom stocked and running smoothly during peak service periods- Break down, clean and reset the dish area so the next shift starts in good shape- Work alongside kitchen staff to maintain overall sanitation standards in the kitchen area
Schedule and pay:- $21.20 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $29.68 per hour- Full-time, averaging 40 hours per week- Shifts fall Sunday through Saturday, scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 PM- Ongoing assignment with contract-to-hire potential for strong performers
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Reliable attendance across a seven-day operating schedule, including weekend shifts- Ability to stand for a full shift and handle repeated lifting, bending and reaching- Comfort working in a hot, wet kitchen environment- Comfort working at a fast pace as part of a team- Willingness to take the lead in the dishroom and help keep others on pace- Uniform required: black shirt, black pants, black hat and black non-slip shoes- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
