C1 Staffing is hiring Environmental Service Attendants in Morristown, TN, to clean and maintain facilities on a client site. Pay is $14.25 per hour with overtime paid at $19.95 per hour, and you are paid weekly.
This is a contract assignment with the potential to move into an ongoing or contract-to-hire role for people who show up and do good work. Please read the details below carefully, because this is not a full-time position every week — the role exists to backfill shifts for staff who are on vacation or out sick, and to support special projects.
What you will do:- Clean and keep facilities and assigned locations in an orderly, presentable condition- Work in any assigned location on client premises, which may include commercial buildings, health care sites, schools, universities, or similar establishments- Cover shifts for staff who are out on vacation or sick leave- Complete special cleaning projects as assigned by the site supervisor- Move between assigned areas as coverage needs change during the day- Follow site rules and cleaning procedures for the type of facility you are assigned to- Stay flexible as schedules shift based on coverage and project needs
Schedule and pay:- $14.25 per hour, with overtime paid at $19.95 per hour- Scheduled shifts run 8:00am to 4:30pm- Up to 40 hours per week- Paid weekly- Hours vary week to week; this is not a full-time position every week, and there will be times when you are not needed
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Willingness to work on-site in any assigned location on client premises- Ability to handle physically active work, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift- Reliability — this role exists to cover shifts, so showing up on schedule matters- Flexibility with scheduling, since hours depend on coverage needs and project timing
