C1 Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation in Naperville, IL (zip code 60540). This is a full-time, ongoing career position paying $20.50 per hour, with weekly pay.
This role supports inventory management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Expect to operate equipment for part of your day and spend a significant portion of your shift on hands-on manual warehouse work such as picking, packing, sorting, and inventory tasks.
What you will do:- Receive and inspect incoming products, then store them in the correct locations.- Pick and pack orders to support daily shipping and fulfillment operations.- Operate forklifts safely to move materials and product throughout the facility.- Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed during the shift.- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock and movement.- Sort product and complete manual warehouse tasks throughout the shift.- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate: $20.50 per hour.- Full-time shift.- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing.- Ongoing career position, not a short-term project.
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older.- 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience.- Ability to safely operate a forklift; cherry picker experience preferred.- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs.- Ability to lift, carry, move, and handle materials throughout the shift.- Comfort performing a mix of equipment operation and hands-on manual warehouse work in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail for inventory counts and recordkeeping.- This position participates in E-Verify; you must be able to provide documentation establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States.
