C1 Staffing is hiring a Premium Bartender for a non-tipped, short-term event assignment in Lincolnshire, Illinois. The role pays $19.85 per hour with overtime at $27.79 per hour, and you are paid weekly.
This is a mixologist-level bartending role supporting a single event. You will be responsible for the bar from the moment you arrive until the last case is packed, so comfort working independently matters here. Bartenders in this type of role serve guests across a variety of settings, including lounges, stadiums, corporate offices, hospitals, and campuses.
What you will do:- Arrive ready to build and set up the bar from scratch before service begins, without needing step-by-step direction- Craft quality cocktails, mixed drinks, and other beverages that elevate the drinking and dining experience for guests- Serve guests professionally and maintain a welcoming, guest-focused presence behind the bar- Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the length of the event- Monitor product levels and restock glassware, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as service continues- Assist with tear-down, breakdown, and packing up the bar once service concludes- Take on additional bar and service responsibilities as business needs and client requirements change
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $19.85 per hour, with overtime paid at $27.79 per hour- Shift runs 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM, roughly 8 hours of work- This is a one-day, short-term contract event assignment- Non-tipped position- Paid weekly
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending or mixology experience in event, lounge, stadium, corporate, campus, or hospitality settings- Comfort working independently and setting up a full bar from scratch without direction- Ability to stand for the full length of the shift- Ability to lift and move bar supplies and equipment, including during setup and breakdown- A reliable, punctual, and guest-focused approach- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
