C1 Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian I in Los Angeles, CA, to provide nutrition assessments and care planning for patients and residents at a healthcare client site. This is a part-time, contract-to-hire assignment paying $40.34 per hour, with Sundays, Mondays and Fridays as the scheduled work days.
This role suits a credentialed dietitian who wants steady clinical work on a consistent three-day schedule, with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position. You will work alongside clinical and food service staff to make sure each resident's nutrition needs are assessed, documented and acted on.
What you will do:- Complete basic nutrition assessments for patients and residents- Develop individualized nutrition care plans and document them accurately in the record- Reassess and update care plans as patient and resident needs change- Coordinate with clinical team members and food service staff on resident nutrition needs- Follow established business practices that support the organization's mission and values- Contribute to account revenue and operating profit goals through consistent, quality service delivery- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to care team members
Schedule and pay:- $40.34 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $56.48 per hour- Part-time schedule covering Sundays, Mondays and Fridays- Shift hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm- Weekly hours budgeted up to 40- Contract-to-hire assignment with the opportunity to convert to a permanent role
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Registered Dietitian credential in good standing- Comfort working in a clinical or long-term care setting- Strong documentation skills and accuracy in recording assessments and care plans- Strong communication and time management skills- Reliable availability for the Sunday, Monday and Friday schedule- Ability to move about a healthcare facility throughout the shift to meet with patients and residents- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification
