Warehouse Associate (Loader / Crew) - Baltimore, MD 21201
C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate to work as part of a loader/crew team in Baltimore, MD (zip code 21201), handling trucks, furniture, and inventory in a busy warehouse. The pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks with care to prevent damage and make sure items are placed properly.- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer.- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so that it is rental-ready or properly stored.- Tag, store, and relocate items throughout the warehouse.- Conduct cycle counts to keep inventory records accurate.- Keep the warehouse clean and organized throughout the shift.- Follow all safety guidelines and take part in safety meetings.- Complete daily warm-ups before beginning work.
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour.- Paid weekly.- This is shift-based work that may continue on an ongoing basis.- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older.- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.- Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and handling furniture and other products with care.- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups.- Attention to detail for tagging, staging, and cycle counting so inventory stays accurate.- Must be able to complete E-Verify employment eligibility verification.
