Registered Dietitian II - Martinez, CA
C1 Staffing is hiring a Registered Dietitian II for a contract-to-hire assignment with one of our client partners in Martinez, CA. The role pays $30.00 per hour on a steady Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with a clear path to a longer-term position.
This is an ongoing clinical nutrition role focused on comprehensive assessment and care planning for patients and residents with special dietary and medical needs. You will work closely with clinical and food service teams while supporting the organization's mission, values, and account performance.
What you will do:- Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients and residents, including those with special dietary and medical needs- Develop, document, and update individualized nutrition care plans- Partner with clinical and food service teams to make sure care plans are carried out accurately- Follow established business practices that support the organization's mission and values- Support account performance by delivering services efficiently and consistently- Contribute to account revenue and operating profit contribution through consistent implementation of nutrition services- Maintain clear, accurate documentation that supports interdisciplinary care
Schedule and pay:- $30.00 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime paid at $42.00 per hour- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM- 40 hours per week- Ongoing, contract-to-hire assignment
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Registered Dietitian credential in good standing- Experience with nutrition assessment and care planning in a clinical, long-term care, or similar setting- Strong documentation skills and comfort working alongside interdisciplinary teams- Professional, patient-focused communication style- Ability to move throughout a care setting during the shift to meet with patients and residents and to collaborate with clinical and food service staff- Authorization to work in the United States; this position is subject to E-Verify
