C1 Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Hanover, MD (21076) to load, unload, and prepare furniture and other products for delivery, transfer, or storage. The pay is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly.
This is shift-based warehouse work that may continue on an ongoing basis for associates who show up consistently and work safely. You will be part of a fast-paced team that keeps inventory accurate, product rental-ready, and the warehouse floor clean and organized.
What you will do:- Load and unload trucks carefully to prevent damage and ensure items are placed properly- Pick, stage, and prepare products for delivery or transfer- Clean, repair, wrap, and assemble furniture so it is rental-ready or correctly stored- Tag, store, and relocate items to keep inventory in the right locations- Conduct cycle counts to help maintain accurate inventory records- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards- Follow all safety guidelines and take part in safety meetings- Complete daily warm-ups before beginning work
Schedule and pay:- Pay rate is $18.00 per hour- Paid weekly by C1 Staffing- Weekend shifts may be required based on business needs- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing
What you will need:- Must be 18 years of age or older- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds- Ability to carry up to 50 pounds- Willingness to follow safety procedures, attend safety meetings, and complete daily warm-ups- Attention to detail for handling furniture carefully and counting inventory accurately- Flexibility to work weekend shifts when business needs require it- Authorization to work in the United States; this position is subject to E-Verify
This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in careful handling. Furniture that is damaged in transit or stored incorrectly costs time and money, so the associates who do well here move with purpose while still protecting the product. If you enjoy physical work, like seeing a clean and well-organized warehouse at the end of the day, and can keep accurate counts when it matters, you will do well in this assignment. Prior warehouse, moving, delivery, or furniture handling experience is helpful, though a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the process go a long way.
