Quick Hire: Food Service Worker
C1 Staffing is hiring Food Service Workers in Tulsa, OK 74171 to help with food setup, serving, and sanitation on a busy food service property. This is a short-term assignment with contract-to-hire potential, paying $16.64 per hour on a steady 9am to 5pm shift.
What you will do:- Work anywhere on the property where food is prepared, moving between stations as needed- Assist with the setup of counters and steamtables before service begins- Serve food to guests from counters and steamtables during service periods- Keep serving lines stocked, neat, and presentable throughout the shift- Clean and sanitize equipment, serving areas, and work stations- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards while handling food and utensils- Support the kitchen and service team wherever help is needed during the shift
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $16.64 per hour, paid weekly- Overtime is paid at $23.30 per hour- Shift is 9am to 5pm, roughly 40 hours per week- Shifts may include weekends- Gig and shift-based work that may be ongoing, with contract-to-hire potential
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Comfortable standing and walking for the length of the shift- Able to lift throughout the shift as part of regular food service duties- Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude- Willingness to work weekend shifts as scheduled- Required uniform: black pants, black shirt, and nonslip shoes- Prior food service, cafeteria, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required
We will train motivated candidates who show up ready to work. If you have served on a cafeteria line, bussed and sanitized tables, or worked in any kitchen setting, those skills transfer directly to this role. If you have not, a willingness to learn food safety practices and keep a clean work station is what matters most. This is hands-on work with a consistent daytime schedule, so it suits people who like staying busy and seeing a job through from setup to final cleanup.
