C1 Staffing is hiring experienced bartenders for a short-term contract assignment with one of our clients in Spokane, WA. The pay is $23.14 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.40 per hour, and this is a non-tipped position.
What you will do:- Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest who comes to the bar- Mix and serve drinks quickly and accurately, with attention to portioning so nothing goes to waste- Serve patrons directly or send orders out through the wait staff, depending on how the floor is running- Partner closely with wait staff and other team members so guests receive prompt service from start to finish- Keep your bar area clean, stocked, and organized throughout the entire shift- Restock glassware, garnishes, mixers, and supplies as the shift moves so service never slows down- Maintain a professional, guest-facing presence during a busy, fast-moving service window
Schedule and pay:- Pay is $23.14 per hour, with overtime paid at $32.40 per hour- Shift runs from 11:00am to 4:00pm- This is a short-term contract assignment scheduled within a full-time, 40-hour work week- Paid weekly- Please note this is a non-tipped position, so the hourly rate is your full earnings for the shift
What you will need:- Must be 18 or older- Prior bartending experience and solid drink knowledge, including common cocktails and standard pours- Ability to stay on your feet and work at a fast pace for the full shift- Ability to work well with wait staff and other team members in a busy service environment- Uniform required: black pants (no leggings, jeans, or sweatpants), a black polo or button-up shirt, and non-slip shoes
